NP Hockey Fall Morning Groups are built around game-specific development and purposeful repetition.

Each session will have a strong focus on edge work, skating technique, puck skills, and different shooting styles — but the goal goes beyond simply learning the skill.

Players will learn how, when, and why to apply those technical skills in real game situations through scenario-based drills, reads, decision-making, and game-like pressure.

The focus is simple: develop better technique, understand how it translates to the game, and build skills that actually show up when it matters.
